While our program is university accredited and our tuition therefore reflects that of St. Stephen's University, IRPJ is committed to helping our students keep their costs down. Certificate in Religion, Peace and Justice – Option 3

(5 courses for cr. + CSOP session  |  18 cr. hrs.)

Students can expect to pay approximately $300 to $400 extra for textbooks for the whole certificate.

Students who choose this option complete five courses for credit + a Canadian School of Peacebuilding session (plus assignments), but students must still audit the one course they "replace" with either option. The cost of tuition for the CSOP session is included in the above total (including a $350 fee), but students must cover all extra associated costs, including flights, local travel, accommodations, meals, and other accrued expenditures.

Certificate in Religion, Peace and Justice – Option 4

(4 courses for cr. + practicum + CSOP session  |  18 cr. hrs.)

Students who choose this option complete four courses for credit + an 80-hour practicum + attend a Canadian School of Peacebuilding session (plus assignments), but students must still audit the two courses they "replace" with both options. The cost of tuition for both the practicum and CSOP session is included in the above total (including a $350 fee), but students must cover all extra associated costs, including registration for the practicum, flights, local travel, accommodations, meals, and other accrued expenditures.

Auditing – Certificate in Religion, Peace and Justice

If students choose to complete the readings in each course, they can expect to pay approximately $300 to $400 extra for textbooks for the whole certificate.

Students who audit the Certificate program can progress through the courses at their own pace, attend video conferences with our guest lecturers, etc. but instructors do not offer any feedback.

Students may choose to attend the symposium or complete a practicum for their own enrichment and at their own cost, but instructors are not obligated to make any arrangements or offer any feedback. 

Auditing – Single Course
