coffee discussions

A unique feature of IRPJ is our willingness to deliberately and meaningfully engage the lay community. To this end, anyone from the public, including clergy, students, professors, politicians, and interested laypeople can join the staff, students, and research fellows who meet every Tuesday and Thursday morning at 9:00am to discuss issues related to peace theology; religion, peace, and conflict; interfaith dialogue and coexistence; and their intersection or application in light of ongoing global affairs and events of the day.

MAILING LIST

To be a teaching, research, and resource institute of St. Stephen’s University that provides students, scholars, practitioners, and any thoughtful person with a robust education and experience that integrates attentiveness to one's inner transformation, peace theology and social justice, an understanding of the role of religion in peace and violence, and practical peacemaking as a vocation and way of life.
