The Institute for Religion, Peace and Justice is accepting applications to our six-course, online, accredited undergraduate and graduate Certificate program for the fall 2019 semester!

Options available include undergraduate or graduate, credit or audit, single courses or the entire Certificate. Students can also complete all courses online or replace one or two with the CSOP session and/or practicum.

To apply, click here and fill out the application as best you can, and we will send you an email with further instructions right away!

The Certificate in Religion, Peace and Justice is open to anyone — from the thoughtful layperson and the peacebuilder in need of professional development or training to clergy who want to make peace and justice a more central part of their teaching program and the aspiring theologian and students who need a stepping stone to a full degree program.

IRPJ also has a limited number of scholarships and bursaries available, about which you can learn more by using our Contact page to get ahold of our director, Andrew Klager.

Applicants will also want to check out SSU's academic requirements, Forgivable Loan Program, and Crowdfunding option and form.

To be a teaching, research, and resource institute of St. Stephen’s University that provides students, scholars, practitioners, and any thoughtful person with a robust education and experience that integrates attentiveness to one's inner transformation, peace theology and social justice, an understanding of the role of religion in peace and violence, and practical peacemaking as a vocation and way of life.
